SmartSleep Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

SmartSleep ("the App") is provided by R122104 ("the Developer") for iOS and watchOS. This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

2. Information We Collect

• Advertising data: The App displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the advertising identifier (IDFA, if permitted), device information, IP address, and ad impression/click data. You can choose whether to allow tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt; all features of the App work if you decline.
• Health data: The App reads sleep analysis, heart rate, and heart rate variability from HealthKit to compute your sleep score and time the smart alarm, and writes recorded data back to HealthKit. This data stays on your device and in Apple Health; it is never sent to the Developer's servers and is never used for advertising or marketing.
• Purchase information: In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. The Developer never receives payment details such as card numbers, and only checks the entitlement status on-device.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the App's features
• To display advertising
• To verify and restore purchases
• To respond to support requests

4. Third-Party Services

We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law. The App relies on the following services to function:

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Data you create in the App is stored on your device. Deleting the App deletes it.

Data written to HealthKit can be deleted from the Apple Health app.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or feature changes. Material changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
